Furnish the World is the debut EP from Buffalo-based alt-rock band Not Normal—five tracks written through a year of chaos, growth, and connection.

This record is about showing up when everything feels like too much. About turning emotional burnout into catharsis. About being four people who love music, push each other to grow, and somehow always land on the same page when it matters.

Each song reflects a different part of that experience—Crashland captures the spiral, Push Thru the Rain offers support with a dark smile, Figure it Out screams through the exhaustion, Pawns in a Game sees through the static, and FAFO… well, you’ll know it when you hear it.

We called it Furnish the World because we wanted to put something honest into a world that can feel empty or impossible. This EP is how we do that—by making noise together.
